Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $18/hr

$27/hr for overtime!

Schedule:

OVERTIME WILL BE REQUIRED - Must be flexible to work 6am to 11pm ANY day of the week

Description:

• Researches, collects and analyzes data to complete a variety of projects, reports and inquires. Assisting with Payroll, HR, and many other tasks as needed.

• Serves as a Liaison between staff, management and other departments to facilitate functions and flow of information. May be assigned other duties as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year clerical experience

• Must be computer literate and good with math

• 30+ wpm typing (will be tested in the office)

• Strong communication & listening skills

• Must be able to work overtime hours

• HS Diploma or GED

• Must have strong attendance
