ROLE IMPACT
This entry-level role supports a mission-critical operations center, ensuring remote roadside systems are accurately documented, compliant, and running efficiently. Ideal for candidates with strong administrative discipline, the Associate Operations Administrator coordinates daily service activities, maintains accurate records, and assists in remote support workflows critical to client service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate account documentation, equipment logs, and service reports in internal databases
Support compliance efforts by adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements
Coordinate daily activities with supervisors and technicians, including downtime tracking and service verification
Monitor system-generated alerts, video/image logs, and quality outputs to identify and document performance issues
Provide organized ticketing support and maintain workflow timelines across multiple service queues
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of administrative, operational, or coordination experience
Ability to multitask and manage tickets, communications, and follow-ups independently
Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
