Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (On-Site)
Job Description:
In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing traditional administrative support while also assisting with a variety of HR-related duties. Your ability to balance multiple tasks, maintain a high level of professionalism, and contribute to a positive work environment will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide traditional administrative support including filing, organization, and setting up meetings

While you won t be a receptionist, you ll be the first person visitors see when they enter the office
-
Assist with HR-Related tasks, including planning and executing employee events, reviewing resumes, and other supporting HR initiatives
Qualifications:
-
High school Diploma or equivalent
-
At least 1+ years in an Administrative Support or Entry Level HR role preferred
-
Strong organizational skills
-
Time Management
-
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
-
Knowledge of Power BI are a plus, but not required
-
Experience in planning and coordinating employee events.

Familiarity with resume review processes
