Job Title: Claims and Customer Service Rep

Pay $20.00 an hour

Shift - 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Location - Carrollton, TX - 1 day work from home after training!

Job Description

This is a fast paced position handling warranty claims, order processing, order confirmations, return authorizations, customer complaints, and customer claims of shortages/overages or other problems within an order.

Requirements

• At least 2 years or more of strong Claims Order Processing in the home builders or appliance industry

• Must have 2 years or more high volume call center experience

• Exhibits professional and courteous telephone demeanor

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excel, Word and Outlook skills

• Great Plains experience a plus

• Must have High School diploma or GED

• Some college preferred
