CornerStone Staffing, in partnership with a MAJOR insurance company , seeks dynamic individuals for the role of an Telemarketing Representative at our Lewisville, TX office!

Position: Telemarketing Representative
Location: Lewisville, TX
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Duration: Temp to Hire

Schedule: Part-Time OR Full-Time Options Available

Full Time Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Part Time Schedule Options:
Monday to Friday:

• 10AM to 3PM OR

• 11AM to 4PM

Job Duties:

• Make 200-400 calls daily with 50% or more talk time

• Pre-qualify leads and set appointments

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)

• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with the team

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

• Familiarity with high volume call environments (150+ daily)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Comfortable conversing over the phone
