Job Title: Final Assembler

Pay: $17

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM - Must be Flexible to work OT until 4:30pm

Description: .Responsible for assembling blinds and shades, subassemblies, and finished products according to blueprints, specifications, and instructions. The role requires attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing or production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble blinds and shades into finished products or subassemblies.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble and secure components.

• Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications and standards.

• Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, making adjustments as necessary.

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Document completed work and report any discrepancies or defective materials.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes.

• Test assembled products to ensure proper functionality, as required.

Requirements:

• Experience in mechanical assembly

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.

• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, or cold as applicable.

• High School Diploma
