Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Salary: $62,000 + Bonus

Location: DFW

Hours: Flexible to work before and after listed business hours of:

Sunday - Thursday 11am - 12am

Friday & Saturday 11am - 2am

9 week training program

Job Description:

• Effectively teach, motivate, and coach all team members including the kitchen crew and front of house crew

• Proactively recruit and cast front of house staff that meet or exceed their culture standards

• Ensure that Steps of Service are followed at all times and motivate staff

• Responsibly handle cash, including but not limited to assigning drawers, computing employee checkouts, and bank deposits

• Effectively execute training and development programs

• Practice sound inventory control

• Dress and act professionally each day to set a good example for all employees

• Uphold standards of cleanliness per Health Code and periodic Quality Assurance Checks

• Ensure that alcohol is always served responsibly and in accordance with the law

Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent communication, verbal, written and organizational skill

• 3+ Years of previous fast paced restaurant experience

• ServSafe and TABC certified

• Spanish and or Creole Bilingual extremely helpful

• Ability to stand for 10+ hours a day

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
