Job: Associate Accountant

Location: Addison, TX | Onsite
Pay: $26.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire (W2)

What You ll Be Doing
Prepare reconciliations for bank and escrow accounts
Clear cash advances and monitor account accuracy
Handle reconciliations for tenant security deposit accounts
Review and process tenant security deposit refunds

What You Bring to the Table
MUST HAVE 2+ years of recent hands-on accounting and bank reconciliation experience
Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
A friendly, detail-oriented approach to your work
Real estate or property management experience is a bonus
