Job Title: Auto Collections Agent

Pay: $19.00/hourly

• Location: Tempe, AZ
  WFH flexibility after 1 month of training

Schedule : 6:00am - 10:00pm (8hr shift with mandatory OT at the end of the month)

Job Description:

Collect and follow up on delinquent auto loan accounts both in a heavy dialer driven environment with manual efforts as well.

****1 years of Collections experience REQUIRED - must be demonstrated on RESUME****

Job Duties:

• Maintaining good customer relations with borrowers and effectively solving problems is our main focus

• Best in class customer interactions with results!

• Identify, evaluate, and resolve reasons for delinquency

• Negotiate account resolutions

• Maintain company performance and productivity standards

• Perform skip tracing as needed

• Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts

Ideal Candidate:

• 1 years+ of Collections experience MUST BE LISTED ON RESUME!

• Genuine passion for exceed goals

• Eager to make extra $$ in OT

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
