Job Title: Bilingual Auto Collector

Location: Addison, TX

Pay: $21.15/hr + Great Guaranteed Commission for the 3 months after hired on!

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am-5pm + 1 Saturday Shift per Month

Job Description:

• Will be responsible for contacting customers by phone to collect on mid stage delinquent loans 30 days, but less than 60 days delinquent on service owned debt.

• Providing customer service to all customers on all outstanding loans, including accounts that are not delinquent.

• Will do light skip tracing work on accounts with no contact information.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 recent years experience in Auto Collections

• Must have strong communication skills, and stable job history

• Strong typing skills

• High school diploma
