Job Description

CornerStone Staffing has teamed up with a MAJOR financial company to seek out a team of Auto Collections Representatives for their call center in Ayden, NC! If you have 1+ year(s) of recent call center experience (or collections) APPLY TODAY!

Job Title: Auto Collections Representative

Pay Rate: $15/hr. [Goes up to $22/hr. once permanent!]

Location: Ayden, NC

Duration: Temp to Hire! Get your foot in the door today!

Schedule: Must be flexible to work any day of the week. Will work up to 3 Saturdays per month with 1 Sunday shift per month.

Example Schedules:

  • Monday to Thursday: 2 day shifts each week from 8AM to 5PM and 2 evening shifts per week from 12PM to 9PM

  • Saturday: 8AM to 12PM (2-3 Saturdays per month)

  • Sunday: 2PM to 8PM (1 Sunday shift per month)

Job Description:

  • Handle 60+ inbound/outbound calls daily to collect on delinquent automotive accounts in a timely and professional manner while providing excellent customer service.

  • Negotiate payment arrangements, educate the clients, and document all collection efforts for each assigned account.

  • Navigate and interpret various screens and relay information to clients accurately.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ year(s) of collections OR call center experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to work any schedule between 8AM to 9PM EST [See example schedules above]

  • Reliable transportation to get to/from shifts
