CornerStone Staffing is actively recruiting for a Title Clerk to support a large, multi-store dealership group in Plano, TX.

Position Details:

Job Title: Auto Title Clerk

Location: Plano, TX 75093 (Must reside within 25 miles of Plano to qualify)

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Process titles and registrations for five dealerships in compliance with state regulations

• Submit legal transfer documents to the DMV accurately and promptly

• Issue stock numbers and manage inventory for used vehicles

• Prepare purchase checks and maintain trade-in vehicle jackets

• Handle wholesale deals and monitor wholesale receivables

• Verify payoffs on trade-ins and ensure all documentation is complete

Requirements:

• Recent experience processing high-volume auto titles in a Dealership environment

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work quickly and efficiently

• Detail-oriented and familiar with DMV regulations and dealership processes
