Job Title: Automotive Billing Specialist

Location: Irving, TX

Pay: $18/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

**On-site for 90 days and then flexible to work from home. May need to go into the office during month end**

Summary: The automotive billing specialist is responsible for providing accurate auditing of the deal documents prepared by the stores to ensure they meet revenue recognition under company guidelines.

Job Details:

• Review and verify deal documents set up in CDK adhere to company guidelines prior to posting to accounting

• If applicable, email the store a list of any unacceptable or missing documentation needed to meet Rev Rec standards

• Flag and verify the deals have posted to accounting in CDK

• Finalize deals from the USA stores and other assigned store s used and new car deals

• Communicate to the store when the deal is posted by closing out the deal s assigned check off list

• Ensure all work is complete by meeting daily Service Level Agreements and on deadline critical nights, payroll cut-off and month end

Requirements:

• REQUIRED working knowledge of Accounting Principles (Automotive accounting preferred)

• REQUIRED Strong data entry, 8,000 KSPH and typing 40 WPM

• REQUIRED Excel skills (V-Look Ups & Pivot Tables)
