Are you ready to take your accounts receivable experience to the next level? We're thrilled to announce an opening for a B2B Accounts Receivable Specialist with a leading automotive retailer in Irving, TX.
As a crucial member of the team, you'll be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes in the automotive industry, handling invoices, and showcasing your MS Office proficiency in a fast-paced office environment.
Title: B2B Accounts Receivable Specialist
Pay: $18/hr.
Schedule: 7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday but flexible to work OT and Saturday (8hr work day between these hours)
This role offers remote work flexibility; however, candidates are expected to provide their own equipment. Those without access to a personal computer at home are required to work from the office.

Position Summary:
The B2B Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the management and collections of a business to business accounts receivable portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:

Contact customers and arrange payment to bring receivable customer balances within acceptable guidelines and/or under existing credit limits.

Recommend accounts for 3rd party collections or write off when all collection efforts are exhausted.

Work closely with internal stores to keep accounts current and maintain open lines of communication.

Following-up on customer promises to bring accounts current.

Maintaining systematic notes of all collection activity

Initiating a problem resolution process on customer disputes.

Initiating credit holds within allowed guidelines.

Supporting the Cash Application department in reconciling discrepancies between customer payments received and their respective statements.

Minimize the 120+ collections category for reserve dollars.
Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / basic computer skills

REQUIRED Accounting and collections knowledge, able to tell difference between debit and credit

Customer service skills and experience

REQUIRED Minimum 8,000 keystrokes per min; 40 WPM

Professional phone and email etiquette

Manage a fleet portfolio of > 4,500 invoices with a portfolio score of > 3M

Ability to build a strong relationship with customer contacts
