Job Title: BILINGUAL Collections/Customer Service Agent (English/Spanish)

Location: Irving, TX

Pay: $18/hour

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Must be available to work an 8 hours shift Monday - Saturday / 9 AM-7 PM

• Alternating schedule One week 9a-6pm, the next week10a-7p

• Rotating Saturdays, If scheduled Saturdays then your other day off will be during the week

• Off every Sunday

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Making outbound calls on repossessed accounts

• Receiving inbound redemption calls

• Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due.

• Identifying accounts that require management review.

• Providing outstanding customer service

• Maintaining required standards set by the department.

• Adherence to Company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish -90% of the communication will be done in Spanish REQUIRED

• 1+ year of AR/Collections/Payment Processing experience preferred

• 1+ years of customer service in a call center environment REQUIRED

• High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
