JOB TITLE: BILINGUAL Loss Mitigation Specialist (English/Spanish)

LOCATION: Irving, TX (Las Colinas)

Hybrid Work Model: Enjoy the best of both worlds with two weeks of on-site training followed by a hybrid schedule (three days in the office, two days remote each week).

PAY : $18-$19 /hour (Based on Experience)

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday / 9AM-6PM

JOB DESCRIPTION: As a BILINGUAL Loss Mitigation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in minimizing financial losses associated with auto loans and leases. Your responsibilities will include analyzing delinquent accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and implementing effective strategies to mitigate losses while providing exceptional customer service.

JOB DUTIES:

• Initiate outbound calls to customers with delinquent auto loan accounts.

• Receive inbound redemption calls and provide personalized assistance to customers.

• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements to bring accounts current.

• Identify accounts requiring management review and recommend appropriate actions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while delivering top-notch customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual Skills: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (90% of communication will be in Spanish).

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in collections or a related field.

• Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
