Job Title : Client Services/Back Office Support Specialist

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00/ BOE

Schedule: Monday through Friday - Some flexibility between 8am and 6pm

Duties include

  • Agent will receive mail on a daily basis and will need to be able to sort through and identify various types of checks (insurance total loss, suspense) based on training provided

  • Determine if a check is acceptable or unacceptable based on training provided

  • Research and identify account information for check, if not listed on check, based on system training provided

  • Detailed Excel check lister is maintained with check details and shipping information

  • All checks and mail received is sorted and worked the same day

  • Daily in-office presence is required

Skills required

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent Customer Service skills (for internal customers)

  • Ability to work productively without significant supervision
