Location: Fort Worth, Texas 76109 (100% on-site)
Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday & Friday - Remote, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday - Onsite MUST LIVE IN FORT WORTH, TX!

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - For training (2-6 weeks)

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM - After training
Position Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is to handle inbound calls, emails, and secure messages in a fast pace environment while delivering a world class experience. In this role, you will be required to make real-time decisions based on a thorough knowledge of all bank products, tools, services, and processes.

Will handle anywhere from 30-50 calls per day

Will be working in 30 different systems

Cross-sell consumer banking products such as loans, credit cards, and other channels of banking such as online banking, mobile banking, and the automated voice system
-
Member of multi-channel contact center supporting:
o New and existing client and advisor accounts
o Mobile & online banking support
o Loan servicing
o Transaction assistance
o Bill pay
o Paperless enrollment
o Credit and debit card services
o Deposit account maintenance
Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years bank contact center experience and/or bank operations in a highly complex environment preferred

3+ years experience working with digital products, including mobile, online and e-commerce preferred

3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Outlook and must be able to learn other software

2+ years experience working with Jack Henry Silverlake core preferred
