Job Title: Bankruptcy Specialist

Location: Addison, TX

Pay: $27.00/HR BOE

Schedule: Mon - Fri - 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Description:

• Audit escrow, taxes, insurance and client suspense accounts

• Electronic court docket and case review to trigger attorney action and completion

• Maintain open communication with courts, trustees, debtor's attorneys and clients as needed

• Complete task and updates to client and company systems for active bankruptcies

• Monitor and drive client metrics and court deadlines

• Process Payment Change, Notice of Fees, Costs, and Transfers of Claims

• Enter payment information in client systems

Requirements:

• High school diploma

• Knowledge of Escrow, Suspence and Mortgage Concepts

• 2-4 years of Bankruptcy

• Bachelor's or 5+ years relevant experience

• Thorough understanding of the bankruptcy process, escrow, suspense, and mortgage concepts

• Able to manage priorities and workflow in high-volume production environment
