CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer in the architectural business who is in need of Bilingual Customer Service Professional! This is a Direct Hire opening that will start immediately

Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Rep

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $18 - $24/hr based on experience

**Offering $250 sign on bonus upon starting position**

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00AM - 7PM, some Saturdays

Job Description:

• Answer inbound phone calls averaging 75-100 calls a day during peak season

• Process inbound sales orders offering help with selection when needed and monitoring orders for errors

• Answer emails from customers regarding product information

• Some outbound calling during slow season

Requirements:

• Friendly, outgoing, customer service oriented salesperson

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Able to handle call center averaging 75-150 calls a day during peak season

• Typing 40-50 wpm, proficient 10 key by touch

• Basic computer skills - Outlook, Word, Excel

• JDE knowledge a plus but not required

• Fence/stair rail/steel product knowledge a plus but not required

• Bilingual Spanish is required

• Must have stable work history - no job hoppers
