CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for Spanish Bilingual Collections Specialist for a long term opportunity with a premier auto finance company in the North Fort Worth area. Job Title : Bilingual Auto Collector (Long term temp assignment)


Pay: $24 BOE


Schedule: Mon - Fri 8a-5p (onsite 3-4 weeks) **Hybrid after training**

Job Description:

Collect payments or offer payment solutions on past due accounts in an effort to reduce losses. Work assigned accounts from 60 to 120 days past due, while handling inbound and outbound call volume servicing Car/Van accounts. Discuss and make arrangements for qualifying customers when needed. Be a consultant to our customers while providing them with an exceptional customer experience.

  • Negotiate payment solutions on delinquent accounts when the customer cannot make an immediate payment.

  • Provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers with phone courtesy providing appropriate follow-up, ensuring a Customer One approach is taken.

  • When contact is a challenge, perform skip tracing to locate clients and collateral by obtaining phone numbers and addresses for delinquent customers through authorized means
    Present recommendations to management regarding the final resolution for un-collectible accounts

Previous Experience/Requirements

  • Spanish Bilingual

  • 2+ years collections experience

  • 1+ years Skip tracing

  • Customer Service Focused; Driven & Self-Motivated; Team Player

  • Familiar with the automotive industry is a plus
