CornerStone Staffing is looking for a top-notch BILINGUAL CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR for a customer the Auto Dealership industry!!

Job Title: Bilingual Contract Administrator

Location: Irving, TX

Pay: $16-18

Hours: (Monday to Friday) 8a-5pm

Job Description:

Individual is responsible for the processing of all the departmental transactions. This includes on boarding of contracts, cancellations, client support and contract review. This person will also be crossed trained on other lines of business to help team members when needed.

Duties:

  • Responsible for the assigned book of partner business throughout the contract lifecycle

  • Monitors the automatic contract / funding loaders to ensure timely processing and data integrity

  • Researches and resolves all loading errors

  • Actively reduces the number of exceptions

  • Provides daily status update on volumes processed / new business and cancellations

  • Contract Review of all vehicle service contracts and aftermarket contracts received from clients for approval or rejection

  • Provide client support via phone, email and internal requests

  • Correcting contracts (VIN, mileage, dates, lender name, etc.)

  • Handle incoming calls / emails in a timely manner and responds to internal and external client inquiries regarding their contract and statement.

  • Assist in reviewing all cancellations of all vehicle service contracts and aftermarket contracts received from contract holders and clients

  • Accurately capture customer information, and records details of customer inquiries, comments, complaints and details of actions taken.

  • Assist with month end close

  • Maintain product knowledge for line of business while expanding into other lines.

  • Performs other duties, as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Minimum of two years prior administrative and customer service experience preferred. Bilingual, communication skill, preferred.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Ability to effectively interface with outside callers

  • Ability to work well within a team environment

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information, acting with ethics and integrity.

  • High attention to detail and ability to multi-task and successfully work in a fast-paced, team-work centric, self-directed environment.

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • AS400 experience preferred.
