Job Title : Customer Service Representative *English/Spanish
Location : Phoenix, AZ 85044 **WFH after 2 months
Pay : $16.00/hourly
Job Duties:

Responsible for answering incoming calls regarding insurance processing, billing, underwriting questions and claims first notice of loss

Process lien notices, endorsements, address changes, cancellations, non-renewals, activation, etc. based on the needs of the area in between calls
-
Make continual real-time decisions while always looking out for the best interest of the company, agent and insured
Ideal Candidate:
-
Bilingual in both English and Spanish required
-
Job stability demonstrated on resume required
-
30 WPM typing speed
-
Experience with a high call volume, preferably related to insurance
-
Self-motivated, able to work well with average supervision
-
Prioritize work in a fast-paced environment where priorities constantly change

Handle incoming calls from our insureds, agents, and claimants in a professional manner while being able to resolve problems in real time

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, AS400, OnBase systems preferred
-
Experience with vendor-controlled web-based applications for assigning car rental, windshield claims, vehicle salvage movement and ShoreTel phone system preferred
On-boarding Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
