CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer in the architectural business who is in need of Bilingual Customer Service Professionals! This is a Direct Hire opening that will start immediately!

Job Title: In Person Bilingual Customer Service Rep - Sales Counter

Location: East Dallas

Pay: $20-22/hr (Based on experience)

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9am -6pm

Sat 8am - 12pm every other Sat.

Job Description

Handle retail counter sales and some inbound sales calls and assure that customer orders are handled to a level consistent with the customer s satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Enter new sales orders.

Convert previous quotes to new orders.

Create and set up new accounts for new customers.

Update and maintain current information on customers.

Answer calls and e-mails.

Other duties may be assigned by the manager, as needed.

Education/Experience:

Must be Spanish-bilingual.

Requires HS diploma with minimum of one year experience in Retail sales and/or a call center environment.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement by using whole numbers.

Ability to read a tape measure.

Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions that are furnished in written or verbal form.

Ability to adhere to a comprehensive Quality Assurance program.

Ability to solve problems that involve several variables.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Must have experience with word processing, spreadsheets, email, database software and Internet software .
