Job Description

CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer in the architectural business who is in need of Bilingual Customer Service Professionals! This is a Direct Hire opening that will start immediately!

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Will Call - Sales Counter

Location: East Dallas

Pay: $20-22/hr (Based on experience)

Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9am -6pm

Sat 8am - 12pm every other Sat.

Job Description

Handle retail counter sales and some inbound sales calls and assure that customer orders are handled to a level consistent with the customer s satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter new sales orders.

  • Convert previous quotes to new orders.

  • Create and set up new accounts for new customers.

  • Update and maintain current information on customers.

  • Answer calls and e-mails.

  • Other duties may be assigned by the manager, as needed.


  • Must be Spanish-bilingual.

  • Experience in a will call role similar to a automotive parts retailer

  • Requires HS diploma with minimum of one year experience in Retail sales and/or a call center environment.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement by using whole numbers.

  • Ability to read a tape measure.

  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions that are furnished in written or verbal form.

  • Ability to adhere to a comprehensive Quality Assurance program.

  • Ability to solve problems that involve several variables.

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

  • Must have experience with word processing, spreadsheets, email, database software and Internet software.
