Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Job Description: Average 50 Inbound and outbound calls a day, call volume may increase due to natural disasters, like a hail storm causing home damage. Primary line of business would be home insurance, working with realtors and mortgage companies. A client would call in about their policy (changing dates, adding children to policy, adding features).

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Excellent communication, verbal, written and organizational skill

• Recent CSR/Call Center experience, required

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent
