CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: Irving, Texas, REMOTE after training!

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: 8am-5pm / Monday - Friday

Job Overview:

• The Customer Service Representative will verify contracts with customers, submitting repair orders to technicians.

• Assist with inbound/outbound calls for the necessary claims.

• Follow up with technicians and document in company database.

• Provides customers with additional information or explains services.

Requirements:

• HS/GED required

• No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years

• Call center experience or experience in automotive industry preferred

• Computer Savvy

• Great customer service and communication skills
