Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: Work From Home - MUST LIVE IN TEXAS

Pay: $16/hr. ( Bilingual candidates will complete a Spanish prescreen script test )

$15.00/hr. nonbilingual candidates

Customer Service Representative Schedule:

Shift:

  • Monday thru Friday Hours

  • Shifts available - 8:30am - 5pm OR 2pm -10:30pm

  • (other shifts may be available depending on client needs.)

  • Training: 2 weeks: Monday thru Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for conducting outbound calls to gather information from customers including reading scripts verbatim, accurately coding the responses, and recording the customer's information.

Requirements:

  • MUST BE: BILINGUAL SPANISH& ENGLISH SPEAKING

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience

  • 2+ years Call Center experience

  • Must be able to type 35wpm

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Non-bilingual candidates considered (depending on experience)
