Job Title: Bilingual Outbound Call Center Rep - MULTIPLE OPENINGS!

Location: Fort Worth

Pay: Up to $21/hr (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Description: Provides accurate, prompt and courteous service to all Health Plan members and providers in a fastr-paced call center environment.

• Ensure office procedures are followed

• Document and update records

• Make outbound calls to patients and members

Requirements:

• 6 months in a call center environment or medical experience

• Great Data Entry

• Bilingual in Spanish

• Must be able to provide proof of COVID vaccine

• A positive attitude and a high standard of integrity

• Enjoy working with people and providing customer service

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• No visible tattoos or piercings

• Must have high school diploma or GED

• Sense of urgency must be able to work in a fast paced environment
