Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative *Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English*

Pay: $16.00/hourly

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Description:

• Ensure quality of all calls attended to regarding Insurance Claims - keeping a satisfactory score

• Also process endorsements, address changes, cancellations, non-renewals, activation etc.

• Provide any necessary support functions as needed for claims and underwriting

• Handle clerical and miscellaneous functions special projects as assigned by the Customer Service Manager

Ideal Candidate:

• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Over 2 years of Customer Service experience

• Call Center experience

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
