Pay: $18 $21/hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Must have flexibility to meet client needs and ensure service excellence.
Position Overview
We re seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in Electronic Health Records (EHR), Patient Portal systems, and OKTA Migrations. You will play a key role in providing white-glove support to both patients and healthcare professionals by ensuring seamless access to critical systems.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

Experience in EHR support, clinical settings, or direct patient care is highly desirable.
Experience Requirements

1 3 years of experience supporting EHR systems in a clinical environment, preferably with direct patient care or pharmacy exposure.

Prior experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus.

Strong commitment to learning and adapting to meet evolving operational needs.

Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned while gaining knowledge in OKTA migrations and Patient Portal management.
