Location: The Woodlands, TX 77380 (Onsite)
Pay: $18 $21/hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Must have flexibility to meet client needs and ensure service excellence.

Position Overview

We re seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in Electronic Health Records (EHR), Patient Portal systems, and OKTA Migrations. You will play a key role in providing white-glove support to both patients and healthcare professionals by ensuring seamless access to critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide high-level customer support with professionalism and care.

  • Master EHR and Patient Portal Systems: Gain a strong understanding of workflows and system functionality to support end users effectively.

  • Troubleshoot and Document Issues: Accurately document incidents and use troubleshooting techniques to resolve or escalate issues.

  • Build Relationships: Work closely with internal teams and clients to foster a collaborative and customer-focused environment.

  • Support Team Goals: Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive and productive work dynamic.

  • Commit to Continuous Learning: Stay informed on evolving technologies related to EHR, Patient Portals, and related systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational abilities.

  • Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.

  • Calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.

  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Independent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Familiarity with clinical workflows within EHR/Patient Portal systems.

  • Typing speed of 60+ WPM.

  • Experience providing technical support through phone, email, and ticketing systems.

  • Ability to escalate urgent issues appropriately.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and committed to professional growth.

  • Experience in EHR support, clinical settings, or direct patient care is highly desirable.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 3 years of experience supporting EHR systems in a clinical environment, preferably with direct patient care or pharmacy exposure.

  • Prior experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus.

  • Strong commitment to learning and adapting to meet evolving operational needs.

  • Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned while gaining knowledge in OKTA migrations and Patient Portal management.
