Starting Pay: $18/hr based on experience with monthly incentives ranging $100 - $1500
Shifts: 8:45 am - 6:15 pm Monday-Friday, 8:45 am - 1:15 pm Saturday
Schedule: Monday Saturday
Job Description: As a Financial Center Consultant II, you ll be at the forefront of our branch, rotating within the financial center to support our members with their financial needs. Your role is vital in creating a positive first impression and guiding members through their financial journeys.
Job Duties:
- Member Engagement: Be the first person our members meet in the financial center, offering a warm welcome and guiding them to the right products and services.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct consultative selling sessions to understand members financial needs, suggest products, and set up new accounts and loans.
- Platform Functions: Spend most of your time on platform activities, including opening new accounts, loan production, and handling teller functions.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals through cross-selling and providing a comprehensive service experience for our members.
- Operational Excellence: Solve operational issues, open business and consumer loans/accounts, and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Marketing Initiatives: Proactively support branch marketing initiatives and help create a vibrant, member-focused environment.
- Lobby Coverage: Serve as the branch concierge, greeting members, answering calls, and directing them to the appropriate resources.
Required Experience:
- MINIMUM of one year in a financial environment with Loans and opening new accounts
- Bilingual required- able to speak, read, and write Spanish
- Computer skills, solid math and written communication Enthusiastic, professional, a good listener, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- College degree preferred, but not required
