CornerStone Staffing in Grand Prairie has an immediate opening for a Bilingual HR Coordinator for a leading supplier of industrial tools and power transmissions.

Job Title: Human Resources coordinator Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Location: Arlington, TX (on-site role)

Pay: $19 and up BOE

Schedule: 7:30 a.m . -4:30 p.m. / Monday Friday

Job Description:

  • First responder to group email inbox

  • Maintains the integrity, confidentiality and accuracy of human resource files, records, and documentation. Including benefits, timesheets, and backup documentation.

  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, profit sharing, processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.

  • Performs periodic audits of HR and benefits files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.

  • Provides clerical support to the HR and benefits department.

  • May assist with payroll/accounting functions related to HR/benefits including answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, auditing reports for accuracy and report or correct errors as needed and reviewing, coding and approving invoices.

  • Conducts or assists with new hire orientation and/or new hire benefits orientation and other HR/Benefits related meetings.

  • Assists with planning, execution, and promotion of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, wellness events, profit sharing and other HR/benefits related events.

  • Prepares and processes a variety of documents including employment verification, benefits verification, Medicare questionnaires, and medical support orders.

  • Creates and maintains a variety of communications utilizing Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook including HR Communications, benefit and wellness communications, and correspondence.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • REQUIRED: BIlingual: Fluent in English and Spanish

  • REQUIRED: 3-5 years of experience in an office setting providing administrative support and customer service

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. .

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong admin/clerical skills. Proficient with using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams application)

  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn employee benefits management software, human resource information system (HRIS), wellness program software and similar computer applications.
