Job Title: Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Rep

Location: (WORK FROM HOME)

Addison, TX

Pay: $16.00/hr - Temp to Hire!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm ~ Great Schedule!

Job Description:

• Inbound customer service rep will be taking phone calls from callers across the US.

• Callers will mostly be new customers, who are calling to make one time payments

• Candidate must have the ability to take calls, and find the correct account across multiple systems to apply the payment to

Requirements:

• Must be Spanish Bilingual

• Must have a clear background, and drug screen.

• Must be able to type 40WPM, while taking inbound calls.

• Must have excellent attention to detail, and have the ability to take a caller's information and setup their payment information in the system

• Must have 6 months - 1 year call center experience!
