Job Title: BILINGUAL Auto Loan Processor

Location: Irving, TX - HYBRID (2-3 days a week on site)

Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Saturday / 9AM - 6PM

Off on Sundays and another day during the week (Saturdays are rotational)

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Auto Loan Modification Specialists primary responsibility will be to calculate final modification terms, draft loan modification agreements, and update the system of record for modification implementations.

JOB DUTIES :

• Accurately processing financial modification documents according to the specifications

• Advising customers on payment strategies and products that meet their objectives

• Providing administrative assistance to the Auto team, including updating loan data for entry into the financial institutions servicing platform and assembling correct documentation

• Contacting the customers to obtain the necessary information to manage their application as well as any documents they need to process the loan modification.

• Ensuring the customer is vigilantly aware of the status/result of the present and future payments

• Applying current knowledge of modification guidelines, fees, collections strategies, practices, and trends and integrates into customer conversations in a professional manner

• Meeting all loan deadlines and demonstrating a helpful and professional attitude towards our internal and external customers

• Performing a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures

• Participating in all required training and all other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST be Bilingual in English and Spanish -90% of the communication will be done in Spanish

• REQUIRED previous collections and loss mitigation experience

• REQUIRED 2+ years of Auto loan processing experience required

• Banking experience preferred

• High School Diploma or GED required
