CornerStone Staffing is recruiting for TWO B ILINGUAL Loss Mitigation Specialists in the Las Colinas area.

Job Title: BILINGUAL Loss Mitigation Specialist (English/Spanish)

Location: Irving, TX (Las Colinas)

Pay: $18-$19.50 /hour BOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 9AM-6PM

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Making outbound calls on repossessed accounts

  • Receiving inbound redemption calls

  • Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due

  • Identifying accounts that require management review

  • Providing outstanding customer service

  • Maintaining required standards set by the department

  • Adherence to Company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MUST be Bilingual in English and Spanish - 90% of the communication will be done in Spanish

  • 1+ years of collections experience required

  • High School Diploma or GED required
