Job Title: Billing Specialist

Location: Frisco, TX

Pay Rate: $22/hr.+ BOE

Duration: 3 Month Project

Schedule: 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday

Job Duties:

• Compiles proof of delivery for open orders and bills accordingly.

• Compiles support for invoices for review prior to sending invoices to customers.

• Exemplifies great customer service and email etiquette when responding to all customer account inquires and requests.

• Initiates and manages recurring billings based on contract information and management direction.

• Files invoices and supporting detail.

• Interacts and supports with and serves internal customers and sales team

• Performs other incidental and related duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) of billing experience

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables + VLOOKUP)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
