CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Bond Program Specialist

Location: Richardson, TX

Pay: $22/hr

Schedule: Mon Fri 8am - 4:30pm

Job Description:

The Bond Program Specialist works with various departments to provide fiscal planning, tracking and reconciliation of bond program funds and project activity.

• Assist Director of Bond Programs with maintenance of the project ledger

• Review transactions for bond eligibility

• Create project expense codes

• Coordinate with accounting for general ledger expense codes

• Create and track purchase orders, contracts, and request for checks

• Receive in purchase orders when work is completed or equipment/materials have been received

• Product and modify bond relate budget and expenditure reports

• Monitor and reconcile expenditures with budget availability

• Perform periodic project and year-end reconciliations

• Assist with closing out projects

• Assist to maintain financial and project files

• Assist with system testing of financial software functionality

• Work with other departments including but not limited to facilities, technology, instruction, purchasing and finance to track and report project activity

Requirements:

• Must have Accounting experience and financial reporting experience

• Experience with Tyler Munis financial software is highly preferred

• Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred
