Job Title:Brand Ambassador Customer Service

Location: Grand Prairie, TX

Pay: $20/hr.

Schedule: Flexible to work a shift M-F 8 AM-5PM

Responsibilities:

• Promote our specialist watch maisons by interacting with clients in the sale/aftersales journey.

• Master each Brand s sales technique as per the training received in order to undertake direct sales with clients.

• Assist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining each high standards Cultivate a strong client relationship.

• Maintain a high knowledge on all products that our specialist watch Maisons create as well as competition.

• Communicate any special service requests to team Manager and Maison partners. Ensure sales transactions are processed in accordance with required internal procedures using the systems provided.

• Resolve client challenges with the highest professionalism, promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making appropriate recommendations to HQ partners.

• Ensure daily client outreach.

• Partnering with Manager to strategize a daily/weekly/monthly game plan.

Requirements:

• Preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English

• Preferred 2+ years of customer service experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Sound problem solving skills which demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence

• Quick learner that this able to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment where continuous improvement and client centricity are a must

• Exceptional interpersonal skills

• Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• SAP knowledge is a plus
