Job Title: Customer Service Brand Ambassador (3 month project)

Location: South of DFW Airport

Pay: $17/hr.

Schedule: Flexible to work a shift Monday - Saturday, 8am - 9pm

Job Description:

Provide customer service to wholesale and retail clients in all areas related to repairs.

Length of Assignment:

3 month Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer service phone calls related to repairs and After Sales Service issues and inquiries

  • Technical questions

  • Authorized Repair Center Address

  • Repair status, receipt of repair and delivery of repair

  • Cost estimate explanation/questions/revisions

  • Warranty questions

  • Pricing questions

  • Advisement of incoming VIP repair requiring special attention

  • Facilitate certificates of authentication and appraisals

  • Customer service feedback

  • Spare part inquiries

  • Update and maintain the comments in the SAP system

  • Interact with multiple departments and brands, including administration/materials or technical staff about status and escalations for clients

  • Update and maintain dedicated complaint management application

  • Handle complaints via phone, written and email

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by actively providing service (follow up calls, proactive call behavior)

  • Take on full responsibility for the client experience

  • Process cost estimate proceeds

  • Maintain and resolve customer service concerns for repairs in a timely manner, as needed. And appropriately escalate customer service issues to leadership team in order to minimize customer dissatisfaction and financial impact.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in contact center/ customer service environment

  • Background in the luxury retail sector preferred

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office

  • Prior experience working in call center

  • STRONG computer skills

  • Effective communication skills written and verbal

  • Comfortable working on multiple chat

  • Immediate response for greeting and response to inquiry within 2 minutes

  • Strong typing skills
