Job Title: Business Development Representatives- Leasing
Pay Range: $23.08/HR + UNCAPPED COMMISSION! Top Performers Are Smashing $100K+!

Employment Type: Full-Time Employment (36 hour per week)
Shift: Monday to Friday, Onsite 8am-5pm OR 7am-4pm
Start Date: May 2025
Office Location: Allen, Texas
Job Details & Responsibilities:

Engage High-Quality Leads: Connect with warm to hot leads and build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers. These are leads that are already interested your job is to bring them across the finish line

Identify Key Contacts: Quickly pinpoint and connect with the right individuals to move deals forward efficiently

Negotiate and Win: Take the lead on negotiating lease agreements with landlords, working to secure optimal terms while maintaining strong partnerships

Craft Compelling Proposals: Create persuasive and customized sales proposals that clearly communicate value and drive action

Keep Everyone in the Loop: Clearly communicate negotiated deal terms with stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution

Stay Organized and On Point: Maintain detailed records of all communication and activity in the CRM to keep the pipeline moving and the team aligned

Every call, every connection, and every proposal is a chance to close a deal, build your book of business, and earn big
Core Activities That Drive Success:

Communication: Engage in meaningful conversations with key contacts via inbound/outbound calls, voicemails, and emails always aiming to push the deal forward

Call Prep Like a Pro: Use internal systems and external tools to research lease details, stay informed, and hit the ground running with every call

Data Mastery: Input and update vital details and lead data across internal systems like CRMs, Excel, and Word to support smooth deal flow

Sales Proposal Prep: Assemble and deliver compelling presentation packages via email, fax, or mail to make a lasting impression
Requirements:
-
1 2 years of proven success in sales, ideally in a commission-based environment you know how to close and thrive on performance- required

Background in customer service, call centers, or public-facing roles is a plus especially if you're great on the phone- required

A high school diploma or equivalent- required

Do you have experience in real estate, insurance, or mortgage? Even better! We love industry insiders who speak the language of sales and deals
