CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a major name in automotive and is seeking to bring on-board a Business Processing Coordinator to join their team in Plano, TX. Job Title: Process Coordinator

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Pay: $22.89/hr

Working Hours:

• Flexibility to work 8AM to 6PM CST

• 2 days on-site, 3 days remote

Duties Include:

Process & Operations Management

• Manage general business processes and assist with operational improvements.

• Oversee the license and title process, including registration tracking, renewals, and vehicle remarketing.

• Provide support for vehicle onboarding activities, such as inventory management and vendor coordination.

• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and gather/analyze data to inform decisions.

Knowledge Management

• Partner with the Marketing and Customer Experience Manager to develop standardized templates and tools for customer service agents.

• Create, publish, and maintain operational documents (e.g., SOPs, job aids, and reference guides).

• Facilitate regular reviews with the operations team to incorporate feedback and ensure document accuracy.

Qualifications (Must-Have Skills):

• 3+ years of experience in process management or equivalent roles.

• Proven experience in creating standard operating procedures or similar documentation.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate across departments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with fleet management processes.

• Previous experience supporting call center operations.
