CornerStone Staffing is on the lookout for awesome Healthcare Customer Support Reps to join our team in Cary, NC. If you re someone who s great with handling a lot of incoming calls, scheduling refills, and keeping patients updated on their status, we d love to hear from you!

Here s the Scoop:

  • Location: Cary, NC (This job is 100% On-Site)

  • Pay: $20.40 per hour

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST

  • Training: Training hours will be between 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST. After that, you ll get your regular work schedule.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Answering inbound calls to help with prescription status, payment scheduling, and other general inquiries.

  • Making sure patients get their medication and billing info sorted out quickly and accurately.

  • Routing calls to the right people if you can t help directly, to keep things running smoothly.

  • Keeping clear and concise notes so everyone on the team knows what s going on.

  • Using our management info system to check refill needs, prescription statuses, insurance info, and more.

  • Answering patient questions during refill scheduling and connecting them with our clinical team if needed.

  • Reporting any adverse events or product complaints to keep patients safe.

  • Tackling other tasks as needed, which might vary a bit depending on the team you re on.

What We re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate degree is a plus.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a busy call center, with some familiarity with medical terminology. Pharmacy experience is a big plus!

  • Great communication skills both speaking and writing and a friendly, professional phone manner.

  • Experience with management info systems and Microsoft applications.

  • Attention to detail and a solid understanding of medical office practices and terminology are preferred.

  • Be ready for a typing and customer service test as part of the application process.
