ROLE IMPACT
The Order Fulfillment Representative supports the distribution of tolling equipment by managing inventory, assembling orders, and ensuring timely shipment of materials. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within a high-volume fulfillment environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, unpack, and inspect goods per purchase orders or invoices
Prepare and assemble kits for shipment to customers
Conduct final quality checks and process outbound shipments
Perform inventory transactions and system updates accurately
Support inventory control tasks including cycle counts and audits

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year experience in mailroom, packaging, or assembly work
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable navigating internet-based systems

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Repetitive task setting in a warehouse or shipping environment
Standing, lifting, and handling materials up to 25 lbs
Onsite access to computer systems and inventory tools

PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with order fulfillment or logistics coordination
Strong attention to detail and task focus
Ability to meet high productivity standards with accuracy
