Pay Rate: $21 hour

Location: The Colony, TX (on-site)

Duration: Temp to Hire

Training Schedule: 4 weeks | Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm CST

Work Schedule (after training): Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm CST

Start Date: 1/20/25

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between patients , healthcare providers, and pharmaceutical companies to facilitate communication and understanding

• Guide members through the complexities of prescription management to ensure cost-effective access to vital medications

• Empower clients and members to maximize program benefits

• Providing skilled triage and care coordination

• Collaborate with internal and external teams

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to members, providers, and pharmacies

• Efficiently manage forms and data to facilitate patient assistance

• Resolve issues with empathy and adherence to compliance standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years in pharmaceutical healthcare industry such as Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), Pharmacy Coordination, and Technician roles

• Proficiency in a high-volume call center environment

• ACTIVE Pharmacy Technician Certification REQUIRED

• Strong organizational skills and independent work capabilities

• Problem-solving abilities and creative thinking in immediate and unique situations

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
