CornerStone Staffing is hiring a Call Center Representative to support a highly ranked and recognized automotive company in Chandler, AZ!!

Job Title: Call Center Rep *Funding (Contract Analyst)

Pay : $16.00 - $17.50/hourly

Location: Chandler, AZ

Schedule Availability: Monday - Saturday | 8am - 7pm

Job Description:

  • Review consumer contracts and book receivables within established service levels

  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of contracts and credit applications

  • Verify accuracy of contract rates, service charges, and calculations

  • Enter necessary data for contract booking and dealer funding

  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers, address contract issues, and perform various funding tasks as assigned

Ideal Candidate:

  • Automotive funding experience *REQUIRED

  • Call Center experience*REQUIRED

  • Ability to handle high volume calls

  • Great job stability - demonstrated on resume

On-boarding Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Criminal Background & Drug Screening

  • 2 verifiable employment references
