Job Title:  Call Center Representative
Location: Whiteville, NC
Pay: $15/hourly 

Schedule Availability: 

• Monday-Friday: 8 AM 8 PM
• Saturday/Sunday: 8 AM   6 PM
  

Job Summary:
 Seeking Collections Agents to manage delinquent accounts efficiently and professionally, following standard procedures. Report accounts that may lead to repossession, foreclosure, or charge-off.

Key Duties:

• Collect delinquent accounts in a timely manner
• Meet performance goals (call quotas, contact percentages)
• Negotiate payment arrangements with clients
• Document all collection efforts accurately
• Communicate regularly with supervisor

Ideal Candidate:

• Job stability demonstrated on resume  (required) 
• 3+ years of customer service experience (required)
• Call center experience (preferred)
• Bilingual (preferred)
• Strong communication, decision-making, and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Background check & drug screening
• 2 verifiable references

On-boarding Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Criminal Background & Drug Screening
• 2 verifiable employment references
