Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Whiteville, NC
Pay: $15/hourly
Schedule Availability:
- Monday-Friday: 8 AM 8 PM
- Saturday/Sunday: 8 AM 6 PM
Job Summary:
Seeking Collections Agents to manage delinquent accounts efficiently and professionally, following standard procedures. Report accounts that may lead to repossession, foreclosure, or charge-off.
Key Duties:
- Collect delinquent accounts in a timely manner
- Meet performance goals (call quotas, contact percentages)
- Negotiate payment arrangements with clients
- Document all collection efforts accurately
- Communicate regularly with supervisor
Ideal Candidate:
- Job stability demonstrated on resume (required)
- 3+ years of customer service experience (required)
- Call center experience (preferred)
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Strong communication, decision-making, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Background check & drug screening
- 2 verifiable references
On-boarding Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Criminal Background & Drug Screening
- 2 verifiable employment references
