Job Title: Call Center Rep (Auto Loan Collections)

Pay: $15.00/hourly

Start Date: Wednesday 03/08/2023

Location: Winterville, NC *ON-SITE*

Schedule Availability: Monday - Sunday |7:00am to 9:00pm (8hr shift between time frames) ***Opportunity for Lot's of Overtime!!!

Ideal Candidate:

• 1 Year of Customer Service experience

• Genuine passion for exceeding goals

• Eager to make extra $$ in OT

Job Description:

Collect and follow up on delinquent auto loan accounts both in a heavy dialer driven environment with manual efforts as well.

Duties:

• Maintaining good customer relations with borrowers and effectively solving problems is our main focus

• Best in class customer interactions with results!

• Identify, evaluate, and resolve reasons for delinquency

• Negotiate account resolutions

• Maintain company performance and productivity standards

• Perform skip tracing as needed Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Criminal Background & Drug Screening

• 2 verifiable employment references
