CornerStone Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Rep with experience in a healthcare environment.

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177 (Hybrid)


Pay: $18.00/hr


Schedule: Mon - Fri | Available for a schedule from 7a 9p | Training 100% on-site for 2+ weeks


Job Description:

The customer service representative will handle in bound calls, make outbound calls and work in cases.

Responsible for interfacing with customers

They will work on e-vouchers, vendor switches and cases from sales force.

Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required.

Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.

Previous Experience/Requirements

  • 1+ years in a healthcare call center environment

  • Strong critical thinking skills, Time Management

  • Collaboration and open communication in team environment with conflict resolution

  • Work flexibility, Attention to detail, Strong technical skills
