Job Title: Customer Service Rep
Location: Irving, TX
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm CST, with some flexibility for overtime
Pay: $17/hour

What You'll Be Doing:

• You'll be the go-to person for customers, sales teams, and service reps, handling everything from pre-sales questions to post-sales support.

• Keep track of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules you name it.

• You might even schedule field service repairs and manage requests for additional company materials.

• Maintain records on returns, schedule changes, product updates, and pricing. You ll also resolve any return credit issues.

• Handle semi-routine tasks with a keen eye for anything that doesn t quite fit the usual pattern.

• You ll get general instructions for routine tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments.

What We re Looking For:

• Experience in customer service and call centers

• Solid typing and data entry skills

• Excellent attendance and punctuality

• A stable work history (no job hoppers, please)
